I switched to easibed after I was diagnosed with a severe dust allergy. I tried various bedding types before trying easibed. Some made my breathing worse. I could tell straight away it was better for me. Before, mucking out was a chore but since I switched, my health has improved and I can spend more time with my horse. I used to wear a mask in order to muck out but since I switched I no longer need to wear it. I'm saving time mucking out and I'm healthier!

I use easibed for my gelding who suffers with coughing problems when on beds with dust in them. He has totally lost his cough since using easibed and is able to lie down much more often.
It takes me HALF the time to muck out and the smelly stable isn't as smelly (always a bonus!). I have high banks with a 2/3 inch bed on rubber matting.

I use easibed. It is brilliant. I muck out fully every day and which takes me a long time. easibed has reduced that time to a minimum and so now I only spend 10 minutes on it each day. My pony and I are both much happier in a cleaner environment.

I use easibed for my welsh cob. I find it useful and easy to use. I skip out 3 times a day and do a full muck out every month. When we are busy at shows it takes less time to muck out and keeps the horses' bed dry. It also gives a soft deep bed for the horses to lie down on. I can never get my Section D up he loves easibed so much!

Gets through 2-3 bales a week and semi deep litters stable, mucking out once a week. She says: "I have used a layer of easibed under the straw bedding used to house my sheep over winter. When we clear the area with a tractor the 2-3' deep bed comes up cleanly leaving the floor to only need a sweep & disinfect. No more lumps of straw stunk like glue to the concrete."

I have always kept my horses on shavings but found the bales were becoming increasingly dusty, and one of my mares developed a cough when stabled, so I changed onto easibed. It has significantly reduced mucking out time as the urine drains to the floor leaving the top surface clean & dry. It has also meant that my horse coats look better as they don't pick up any dust from the bedding, and my mares cough has disappeared. I use easibed over rubber mats, have a big bed with full banks, and muck out daily, and definitely wouldn't change onto anything else... I'm saving time, the stable hygiene has improved, and so both my horses and I are happier!

Hi, I use easibed for our chickens! We find it great for the floor of the chicken house and the nest boxes. Very clean, fresh smelling, easy to muck out and best of all the chickens love it! It absorbs any moisture brought into the hen house during rain, the chickens can scratch around in it, and make nest hollows in the nest boxes. When we clean the house out it all goes onto the alotment to provide fertiliser and fibre for the plants.

Gets through 4 bales a week and deep litters her beds, with a big muck out twice a month. She says: "I think easibed is very good."

I have 2 broodmares on deep litter easibed with mats underneath. I find this works really well for them and even the messy mare stays clean. We skip out 3 times a day. Any bedding that mixes with wasted hay is gathered together and used for bedding for the weanlings & saves using new bedding on them. They bounce around a lot and tend to stir too much on the deep litter system. I don't have much room and I would be swamped by the size of my muckheap if using straw! It's a great space saver and doesn't smell like a straw muckheap which my parents like too! Easibed works for me and my mares.

I find easibed bedding great and use it with all my animals (horses and dogs). It gets rid of all the nasty horse and dog smells as well as keeping them warm and dry even when on deep litter and all at an economical price.

easibed is fantastic! We bank the stables and this helps an awful lot!! It does exactly what it says. Very absorbent, easy to work with and dust free!

Our 2 horses share a large stable divided for company but unfortunately this year Gemma was diagnosed COPD so, in addition to spending as much time out as poss, we have gone on to rubber matting & easibed; this has helped her to fully recover so thanks easibed!

I have two horses both on easibed. My usual routine is taking the droppings out every day and then taking the wet bedding and droppings out at the weekends. I keep my horses on a small DIY yard where I have sucessfully converted 3 other liveries to easibed. The farmer who owns the farm is extremely happy as the size of the muck heap has been reduced drastically over the last few years.

easibed is a very economical bedding to use with horses, and creates a clean environment - I use it in preference to shavings. When mucking out I sift through the bed, and throw the bedding up onto banks, thus removing the droppings. It's great and only takes me about 10 minutes to do one stable.

I use easibed because it stays cleaner and mucking out time is MUCH reduced - takes less than half the time and barrow loads of normal chippings and wetness is kept to a minimum. I rotate my easibed around the wall from left to right then into the floor space. Once you get the hang of it it's easy - bit like stock rotation and avoids the need to muck out totally!

Sally Scott
Sally deep litters her stable, mucking out fully once a month. She says "easibed is brilliant, the droppings lay on the top of the bed and don't mix in at all, very time saving."

Georgina
easibed is a very good bedding supply and I would recommend it to anyone.
